We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. We can only guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box. All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).

Buyer pays for shipping back to Shoeslist.Com in original condition & packaging. After inspection  the refunds will be credited to original credit card only.

Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Shoeslist Shop Online. We only refund up to the price of "standard ground" shipping.

Do not send return and exchange packages to this address on the delivery receipt directly. Go through the  Online Return Application Form , our return / exchange system will issue a full instruction on how to send the products back to us and the address of the warehouse to send your order back to.

Please contact us in advance to obtain a Return Application Form within the time period specified below. Please make sure you have your order number included in the email for quicker processing. But orders could not be cancelled once shipped. Please contact us if you no longer want the order after your order is processed and shipped, you need to return the order after its delivery. Under no circumstances should you refuse the delivery and demand full refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund if the delivery was refused. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost if your address is unclaimed.

All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shoeslist Shop is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons: Slight difference in color. (Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color), Customers are no longer interested in their items and package is returned back to our supplier because customer did not pick up/sign for the item.
